Prab has been in business since leaving university in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the City of London. After selling his previous business in 2006 he has been involved full time in property now having built a portfolio of 44 properties with an equity of £3.5m over a seven year period.

Prab is a regular contributor to the national magazine Your Property Network as well as speaking at a number of property events around London.

Since 2013 he started buying and selling property and more recently joined forces with Tim Hodges, Thierry Lemaire and Harinder Paul to become the CEO of The Vincit Group. The Vincit Group is now driven by its vision for the Vincit Foundation which is committed to creating a better world through its activities with various charities that are dear to the directors. As CEO Prab’s role is to steer our company to fulfilling our bold goals through developing ongoing relationships with both Investors and joint venture partners.

Tim has sourced over 100 projects, ranging from single units in Hammersmith to multi-million projects in East London. Alongside this he has built up a London residential portfolio of 24 properties with an equity of £3.6m. He closed The Vincit Group’s largest deal to date, a £4m semi-commercial purchase with a potential GDV of £8m. Tim has been on many property judging panels and forums including Property Investor News, The Canary Wharf PIN and The Lambeth Private Sector Housing Forum. He currently writes a regular column for the acclaimed property magazine “Property Investor News” and is regularly invited to speak at various property events. His main focus is to develop long-term relationships with sourcers to maximise their return and at the same time to deliver our vision for The Vincit Foundation.

Thierry started investing in 2003 while still in full time employment as a project manager. A severe back problem forced him to re-engineer his life and focused him on making a full time transition into property only 2 years later. Thierry has helped solve hundreds of property owners’ problems, whilst at the same time creating profitable deals for himself by putting the sellers’ needs first. Together with his wife, Thierry has built a portfolio of 30 properties with £3.3m equity.

Having created a strong foundation for himself it was time to take the next step in creating a bigger team. As a result Thierry teamed up with Prab Paul, Tim Hodges and Harinder Paul to form “The Vincit Group” primarily focusing on development projects within the M25. With the company growing fast and his vast experience of deal sourcing and solving his clients’ property problems, Thierry has now taken on the role of Acquisitions director for the Trading arm of the business.

Harinders’ background is a testament to his energy, drive and ambition. He has transformed his own life over the last 20 years and trained and developed 1000’s of individuals through various personal development programs. As MD, over the last year Harinder has been a results producer for both himself and the team. By providing remarkable leadership, Harinder has influenced the team to reach excellence causing exponential as opposed to incremental results. Harinder has now moved into the role of Investor Relations Director. He is committed to make a difference to all our investors by ensuring that they receive very healthy returns from both our existing and new projects.

Harinder is an optometrist by profession and founder and trustee of the very successful nationwide charity, Vision Care for homeless people. Over the last decade having impacted over 10,000 homeless & vulnerable people in the UK with the gift of sight. He is the founding partner of the Vincit Foundation. The Vincit Foundation is the heart and soul of the Vincit Group and the catalyst to all its endeavours.
